About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Belmann Travel website and the travel design services provided by Anna Belsey, trading as Belmann Travel. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Belmann Travel provides personalised travel design and itinerary planning. We research, recommend, and book travel arrangements on your behalf, including flights, accommodation, private transfers, guided experiences, and restaurant reservations. The actual provision of these services is delivered by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.), each governed by their own terms and conditions.
Financial protection
Belmann Travel is ABTA and ATOL protected, holding an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. This means your money is protected in the event of supplier failure. The ATOL scheme covers flight-inclusive packages; separate protection may apply to other travel arrangements. We will always clarify what is and is not covered before you book.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by the relevant supplier. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated. Payment terms vary by itinerary and will be clearly communicated during the design process.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by supplier. Anna will clearly explain the terms that apply to each element of your itinerary before you commit. Where a cancellation is possible, we will handle the process on your behalf. Any refunds are subject to the supplier's own terms.
Liability
Belmann Travel acts as an agent between you and third-party travel suppliers. We take every care in selecting and recommending suppliers, but we cannot accept liability for the acts or omissions of those suppliers, including changes to itineraries, cancellations, or service failures. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

The content on this website is for general information purposes. While we strive to keep it accurate and up-to-date, travel information (prices, availability, schedules) can change. Final details will always be confirmed during the booking process.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
